Performance Metric Dashboard

January 2012 - March 2013

The global dashboard is the highest level overview of all the metrics. All the data points are color coded based on performance.

The dashboard is a very customizable too that can be tailored to a different client or department’s needs. Stakeholders and users have been raving about how “cool” the new tool is. Positive feedback on how user friendly and intuitive the tool is sparked users to use this tool more frequently in place of the old report generation methodologies.

Problem:  There was no common platform to display information and visualize trends accessible for departments accross the corporation

Reports were designed and create per client request. Reports were also dynamic, and could be customized based on user's needs. The wheel in the center is color coded based on the color legend. This allows individual plants to understand what their areas of improvements are.

Metrics can be drilled down into more detailed representation and trends of the data.

(Annual View > Business View > Plant View > Plant Specific View)

There are four portlets:Top left: Navigation panel - remaining charts changing dynamically based on what is chosen Top right: Displays submetrics under the metrics, allowing for comparison of submetrics within a given metricBottom left: Monthly data point for visul trendingBottom right: Quantitative data points.
