Opportunity Definition

Through background research we identified that physical therapy would have to be FDA approved and would be more costly to develop. We decided to proceed with sports coaching.

We evaluated various sports. We established various criteria and weighed the sports accordingly. We narrowed the sports down to Tennis, Golf and Baseball.

We carried out affinity diagraming to brainstorm solutions.

Through surveys and user and coach interviews, we decided to focus on Golf.
