Problem Create an in-from exercise coaching agent using accelerometer technology
Our sponsor initially presented us with a problem to use accelerometers and 3D cameras to create a rehab coaching device for osteoarthritis patients

FrozaRange
The ForzaRange is a stationary coach trainer for country clubs and driving ranges. The user will log into the machine. A 3D camera will track the player's formation and provide feedback.
ForzaMotion
The ForzaMotion is a portable coaching device. The glass case serve as a carrier for the glasses in addition to a 3D camera that attaches to a golf club. The camera records player's formation information while sending data to the glasses for feedback.

Process
Opportunity Definition
Through background research we identified that physical therapy would have to be FDA approved and would be more costly to develop. We decided to proceed with sports coaching.
We evaluated various sports. We established various criteria and weighed the sports accordingly. We narrowed the sports down to Tennis, Golf and Baseball.
We carried out affinity diagraming to brainstorm solutions.
Through surveys and user and coach interviews, we decided to focus on Golf.
